These words also apply to posting on note.
We tend to think about being useful or looking cool,
but if you don't love the subject matter yourself, you won't be able to keep it up.

And I believe that expressions that resonate with many readers
are born from
'not looking away from reality, no matter what happens in the world, and discovering things around you that you find fun.'

I realized that I started writing about 'depression'
'perhaps because I decided not to look away from reality and to find things that are fun.'

The author of this book, Samiro Yunoki, was an artist who started as a textile dyer and was active in many fields.
He continued to create works even after turning 100,
truly embodying a way of life for the 100-year life era.

There are many other great quotes,
which I plan to introduce another day,
but I am really glad I read it.
