Today, Cyclamen Grandma, Caution Grandma, and Cruise Grandma were there.

An incident in the changing room with Cyclamen Grandma. My hometown of Izumo is currently seeing many tourists due to the influence of the morning drama "Bakebake" that is currently airing. Bakebake is a story about Setsu, the wife of Lafcadio Hearn (known as Herun-san) from Matsue City.

It seems Cyclamen Grandma is looking forward to Bakebake, which resumed on the 5th after the New Year. She said she went to a library somewhere and saw an entire wall lined with books by Herun-san, and that was when she realized how amazing he was.

She seemed surprised that there were so many, even though she knew of two or three. As she was leaving the changing room, she said,

"I think I'll try reading some of his other works next time."
"There is still so much I don't know!"

She said this as we said our goodbyes.

"See you later."
"Goodnight."

I have thought this for a long time, but there are so many things in this world that I don't know, and I believe that even a whole lifetime isn't enough to know them all.

That is precisely why I want to remain hungry for learning no matter how old I get.
Learning is fun because there are things I don't know,
and there is a joy in living as a human being because we have so many experiences.
