I quit my job voluntarily.
I was fed up with the backbiting and office politics at a reasonably large workplace.

While I was thinking about when to quit, I happened to find a vacant former beef bowl shop at the edge of the bar district, so I decided to open my own place!

Well, I like cooking, but I haven't had any formal training, so I can't really compete on taste.
I just wanted to start a business, but...
After some trial and error, I decided to make beef bowls the main dish since I could use the equipment that was left behind.

I also serve alcohol.
As a special feature, the eggs served with the beef bowls are quail eggs, though soft-boiled eggs are also an option.
Drinking alcohol with boiled eggs as a snack seems like it would be popular!
Also, to make it easier to recruit staff, I prepared plenty of uniforms that they would want to wear.

As a result, the place ended up looking like a cosplay beef bowl shop.

Do I get customers?

Actually, I get quite a few.
Look, here's the first customer of the day!

"Excuse me, two beef bowls to go, extra green onions please!"

A girl wearing a black robe and a red ribbon, she works as an independent food delivery person.

There is a small radio on the end of the broomstick she is straddling.

She hung the beef bowl bags on her broomstick and flew off lightly.

"Coming right up! I'll milk it for you now!"

This is a popular menu item where the milk is squeezed right in front of you from a breast-shaped container!

The idea came from a staff member whose family runs a farm.

Goat milk has a distinct flavor, but they say it's quite good once you get used to it.
"Manager, we have a reservation! Extra 'negi' (priests)!"
When I asked the staff to change, three of them put on Shinto priest costumes.

It's a paid service, but there is high demand for costume requests.

Many of the staff are happy to do it because it increases their tips.
The girl with long blonde hair and a somewhat tough-looking outfit doesn't change because she has regular customers.
Speaking of which, a regular just arrived.

"Huh? Again? Don't make me take care of you so much.

Seriously, don't just order beef bowls, order some vegetables too!"

She grumbles while serving him, and the customer wears a look of peace...
"Hey, don't leave any! Chew it well!"

After he finishes eating cleanly and pays the bill,
