[Essay] Gradation of Blue - Kazemakase Literature Club
"When it comes to a gradation of blue, this is the only thing!"
What I thought of was the scenery of Hawaii (Oahu) where I traveled from the end of March to April this year.
In other words, the blue sky, white clouds, the sea that subtly changes color, and the white waves.
Sometimes, if you are lucky, a rainbow is added to that.
Fortunately, I was blessed with good weather, but before I left, there were reports of heavy rain and road closures, so I was quite worried before departure.
However, once I arrived, the climate was dry with low humidity.
I think the greatest charm of Hawaii is that just being there makes you feel cheerful and healed.
I have been saved by the sea of Hawaii many times before from feeling a little down or from stress at work.
From the deep cobalt blue sea in the distance, it changes to emerald green as it approaches the shore, and finally disappears into the sandy beach as white sea spray.
They are not independent of each other, but melt together as one "gradation of blue."
I think it is truly a magnificent gradation woven by nature.
