My blunders are running wild in these senryu...

I've grown to love senryu since I started using note, so I'm joining this giveaway project!
Once I started thinking about it, instead of big things, all sorts of everyday blunders came pouring out... haha.

Well then, let's go with some relatable little stories!

Forgot the curry roux, ended up with beef stew.

I think I can remember two things I need to buy, so I head to the store, only to come home having completely forgotten the important one.
Sazae-san would be shocked! 😱
I just end up resigning myself to the fact that it was meant to be beef stew anyway... but I was already craving curry. 🍛

Took a nap after the morning drama, so I'm taking a break from chores.

......I feel like it's better not to explain this one... 😔

Ate the kid's snacks while tasting, had to buy them again.

I reduced my meal portions because I'm on a diet, and sure enough, my stomach starts growling late at night.
I snack on the treats my kids usually eat (they don't eat them that aggressively, so I don't restrict them).
I meant to just have a little, but while watching TV... wait? They're all gone?!
I buy them again the next day like nothing happened, but sometimes I forget them just like the curry roux and end up in a panic... it's a loop of a life. 😋

Shouldn't have had yakiniku before the health checkup.

This one, you see! It's a true story. Oh, wait, "this one too"? 😝
I hit some outrageous numbers.
I thought it would be fine since I only ate meat and vegetables, but apparently, it had to be chicken tenderloin. 🙅‍♀️
I was truly surprised.

Vacuumed up my designer stole, whoops.

We still use an old-fashioned vacuum cleaner at home.
While I was cleaning with my head in the clouds, wishing I had one of those trendy smart vacuums, there was a sudden, terrifying suction sound! 😨
Before I knew it, the end of the stole I had hung up was being sucked in, and it vanished in an instant.
I frantically opened the dust bag compartment, and thankfully it hadn't all gone in, just hanging out the front.
Of all things, it had to be the expensive one.
It didn't tear, but I definitely have to wash it now...

Those were 5 of my everyday blunders.
Actually, there's no end to them, so I'll stop here. 🤭
