The role of a 'supporting player' could have a better image, don't you think? (Reflecting on my own role)
Maybe I should master the art of being a 'supporting player'.
I thought of this while considering my current and future self. This goal might be a good one. 'Supporting player' is used in many ways, but in my mind, I define it as【to thoughtfully support others so that they can succeed as the protagonist.】and that is how I think of it.
So, does that mean I will never be the protagonist?
That's a bit sad.
No, no, I mean being the protagonist of the role of 'supporting player'.
(Reminds me of Yonosuke from the novel 'Yokomichi Yonosuke')
If I could increase the number of people I support...

I started thinking this way becauseI got hooked on helping my husband lose weight. The goal is to get him down to 73kg in a healthy way, but ideas keep popping up and it's incredibly fun. Since the results can be confirmed with numbers, it feels like a game!
Having gotten a taste of this, I'm now targeting someone at work (a researcher) to help them succeed. First, I want to help them get one paper published and one research grant. Ideas are already starting to flow again.

Honestly, looking back, it's easier to make things happen for 'other people' than for 'myself.' It's a bit tricky that it can't be just anyone, though... but I intend to increase the number of people I support as much as I can.
And for that, there is something very important... I must enjoy myself to the fullest. Eating delicious food and going to places I want to visit. Otherwise, I won't have the vitality to support others.
