Something I can't quite put into words, but has been weighing on my mind
It's just a feeling, but
there is something that has been weighing on me for a long time.
I'm not sure of the reason, but
before I know it, I'm thinking about the same thing again.
“Is it okay to keep going like this?”I wonder.
It's not that there's a major problem.
But, somehow, I'm tired.
I'm living my life properly,
I'm taking care of things at home,
and from the outside, it should look like everything is going well.
Even so, deep in my heart,
a small sense of unease remains.
I don't even know myself what it is that I dislike.
For example,
I go to work, come home,
make dinner for my family,
clean up,
and before I know it, the day is over.
No one asked me to do it, but
I move because I think, “I have to do this.”
But, in a fleeting moment, I think.
I feel like I'm the only one thinking, moving, and trying hard.
It's not enough to put into words,
but it is a feeling that is definitely there.
And after I feel that way,
I immediately try to brush it off.
“Everyone has it tough,”
“This is normal,” I tell myself.
That's why I can't make sense of it.
In truth, I am feeling it properly.
Just because I can't put it into words,
doesn't mean I'm not feeling it.
It might be loneliness.
It might be emptiness.
It might be a lack of fulfillment.
But if I acknowledge it as it is,
I feel like I've become weak, or like I've become a failure.
So, I pretend not to see it.
I try to fill the void
by working hard.
But it never gets filled.
If anything,
the feeling of "I'm just tired" keeps growing.
That might not be a mistake, but a "sign."
At times like this,
I feel something while doing readings.
People
sometimes feel a small sense of unease
before their life's direction changes.
It's not a clear-cut event,
but rather a vague sense of cloudiness.
Rather than meaning something is wrong, I often feel it's a sign that
it might be time to reevaluate things.
Maybe you don't have to keep doing things the same way you always have.
Maybe it's okay to loosen up on what you've taken for granted until now.
It's that kind of timing.
Maybe you don't have to force yourself to find an answer.
"I don't know what I want to do."
That is also a perfectly valid state to be in.
In fact,
what you feel even while not knowing can be more important.
You don't have to change everything.
Just
"Maybe I'm a little tired."
"Something is bothering me."
Just by acknowledging your feelings
and letting them be, things feel a little different.
Create a little bit of space.
Just a tiny bit is enough.
Create a day where you don't have to try to do everything perfectly.
Spend time for yourself, not for someone else.
And
perhaps it is okay to direct a little bit of that effort toward yourself.
Even just doing that
feels like it will help the knots in your heart slowly unravel.
The reason you feel tired even though you are doing things right
might be because you are truly feeling things.
That feeling is not wrong.
So, you don't have to force yourself to make it go away.
It is okay to just leave it as it is for a little while.
Today's Tarot
When I drew today's tarot card,
it was the Three of Swords.

This card is one that
gently makes you aware of the small pains
or feelings you have been pretending not to see somewhere in your heart.
Perhaps
deep down where you feel like "it's always me,"
there may be feelings that you haven't been able to put into words.
Right now, it might be okay not to force yourself to find an answer.
Just
by simply acknowledging to yourself,
"I guess I was a little tired,"
I feel like things might become a little easier.🌙
