A story about not staring too hard
Lately, sometimes,
I try not to stare too hard at things,
and instead, I let my focus blur a little,
and just look at things in a soft, hazy way.
That is what I have been doing.
It is not about my eyes being out of focus,
not that kind of story ^^
(Though that happens quite often too... haha)
Every day, all sorts of emotions
come and go, over and over,
and if I face every single one of them in detail
and think about so many things,
sometimes it starts to feel painful...
When I am a little tired,
Stop staring so much
From a little further away
Vaguely, with a soft focus
Just keeping an eye on things, sometimes,
I feel like that can be a good thing.
Not trying to look away completely, but
A feeling of watching vaguely from a little distance ^^
Softly, thinly
Covering it with something like a veil
Leaving it to the power of time,
Just letting it be...
Whether it's in human relationships,
Some external event, information,
Or material things,
Or even about yourself
By staring at it,
anything that makes you tired, you don't have to
chase after
Stop focusing your precious consciousness
on it all of a sudden,
relax,
keep a moderate distance,
and if you try to look at it softly,
you might be surprised to find
other realizations or discoveries.
When something is bothering you,
rather than thinking you shouldn't worry about it,
I see you're concerned about it right now,
it's okay to just keep being concerned,
something like that...
Even events that don't go as planned,
and emotions you don't want to see,
ah, they are there, aren't they
it's okay for them to just be there
and feeling like you can relax, something like that...
More or less, everyone has,
a very delicate part inside their heart,
and along with that, all the many things,
from the past that you have lived through,
Truly minute, countless experiences
gradually pile up,
forming that person's unique way of feeling and their emotions,
and even regarding a single event,
there are things you can do better than before,
while also becoming more sensitive to being hurt than before,
and there are things you might not be able to do well.
However,
if you don't dig too deeply into each one,
and remain without resisting or going against them,
with the passage of time,
they seem to disappear before you know it,
and I feel like things
naturally flow in the direction they are meant to go.
Both the good things and the bad things
Let them flow naturally...
With everything,
At a "comfortable distance for yourself"
Gently and softly
It would be nice if we could get along with them, wouldn't it...
...And so, this text has also become something vague and without clear outlines,
as if you were reading it from afar with half-closed eyes... haha
(In the middle, it really felt like an eye drop commercial... haha)
Thank you so much for reading this far! ^^
There is still a difference in temperature, so please take care of yourself.
I hope you have a relaxed and peaceful time...*
