Congratulations to all the winners☆
The lingering excitement of the Shirokuma Cup continues.
I will be presenting my own personal Senryu awards.
This is a private award that I am holding on my own☆
※The order is based on the submission sequence.
◎Senryu Section
From the submitted works, I picked out the ones I found "lovely💖" while keeping the authors' names hidden.

◎My Own Gold Award

Waving my hand, then quietly lowering it—a case of mistaken identity
Author: Haru~ to Tomoni🌸-san
I could imagine the scene and the feelings behind it so clearly.
That "oh..." moment that everyone has experienced.
Thinking no one noticed, you try to play it off, a "tehepero" with nowhere to go.
What a cute Senryu this is~.
An inspiration flies away, searching for the tail of a sneeze
Author: Hane no Aki-san
The feeling of a memory slipping through your fingers, leaving only its tail behind as it escapes.
I feel this every single time I live my life.
I spend my days constantly waiting for inspiration, so I understand this so well!!!!
Rebellious phase, not that I want to rebel
Author: Mi-mi-san
This is a wonderful poem with a two-tier structure.
It feels like all of adolescence is packed into something simple and straight to the point.
Truly wonderful!!
◎Unofficial Silver Award

I like you so much I can't even look at your face, the aftermath of a dream
My head says it's an 8, but I write a 6
Poet: moe-san
I understand both of these all too well.
What is that feeling, not being able to look at their face? I haven't experienced it in a long time, lol.
It brought back memories☆
By the way, I often confuse 7 and 3.
Teleworking, why are you wearing a mask?
Poet: Izayoi🌖-san
I seriously wonder that too, why???
I don't show my face, though.
Because my hair is a mess.
Went upstairs, forgot why I came, and went back down
Poet: Keika Nishino♡-san
I know, I know, I know, I know!!!!
It's awkward, you and I in matching outfits
Poet: Madoka Sasara
This is awkward lol
They're both thinking, 'Why did you wear that?'
Writing names on the underwear of my college-aged sons
Poet: Kako
I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
I write my son's name on his diapers every single day.
I thought, 'Wait, do I have to keep doing this even when they're in college?!'
And then, I realized, 'Oh, they'd write it themselves...'
That is all.
Senryu really is so much fun.
It's very soothing.
▼The unofficial awards are really fun, so everyone please join in~.
I want to know everyone's favorite poems!!!
