Recent flowers and such
This is sudden, but apparently it's going to get cold all of a sudden!
Just the other day, there were warnings about 'high temperatures (for this time of year),' but it seems a cold front passed through last night and cold air is flowing in from the north.
The air coming in through the window is more cold than cool, and it feels like the temperature is gradually dropping around here too. The weather looks nice, though.
I really don't like things being 'sudden'~💦
Well, complaining to the weather won't do any good, so let's take precautions and be careful not to catch a cold while we go about our days🎶
Today, I'm going to post some photos of flowers I've been meaning to organize🫡
*Practice flowers from the end of October

Materials: Beni-kiri (or so the florist's note said, but it looks like azalea to me💦), Celosia (red), small chrysanthemums (yellow)
It's been a while since I arranged a waterside scene.
I've been reviewing the basics a lot lately, so this was a nice change.
Time spent in a state of 'nothingness' is precious (*´艸`)
*Flowers from the beginning of November

Materials: Kangaroo paw (yellow), roses, wool bush
I spread them out to the left and rightas much as I couldto let them grow freely😅
However... I don't have a place in my house to put flowers with this much 'width,' so as usual, I transformed them✨

Even with the same materials, the impression changes completely.
Since I didn't have Ikebana practice last week, here are some arrangements.
*A round arrangement for the first time in a while

Materials: Eustoma (white), carnations (pink-edged), small chrysanthemums (purple),
asters (two shades of pink), eucalyptus (green)
I was making this while repeatedly saying, "Super lovely!" 😆 I'm definitely patting myself on the back.
No matter how many times I look at it, I think, "It's just too cute!" and grin (#I know, I'm persistent).
*Christmas wreath prototype
Using the leaves I ordered on "Mercari for the first time" the other day, along with some extra leaves I bought later, I made a prototype Christmas wreath 🎄

Materials: Hinoki cypress, fir, blue ice, eucalyptus (gunnii, populus)
Pearl acacia
The wreath base is 20cm in diameter, and the finished wreath is about 30cm.
The candle in the photo is actually one I use for moxibustion, so 💦 it would look better with a slightly thicker one 🕯
With the blue ice (conifer), fir, and eucalyptus, it turned out to be a wreath with a wonderful scent 🥰
Thank you so much for reading this far (*ˊᵕˋ*)੭ ੈ
And... even as I'm writing this, the temperature is dropping and cold air is coming in through the window.
It seems this year's first cold wave won't last that long, but please take care of yourselves, everyone~ 🍵
