[Kindle Book Consultation] 100% of participants want to publish now or in the future!

Hello, this is Chiharu.

I recently held the Kindle book consultation session I announced earlier.
(Thank you to everyone who attended; we had more participants than expected.)

During the consultation, I focused on sharing my own experiences regarding:
✅ What kind of people publish Kindle books and how do they use them?
✅ The benefits of publishing a Kindle book
✅ Common stumbling blocks when publishing a Kindle book
✅ How to publish a Kindle book efficiently and in the shortest time possible
and more.

It was great to hear about what everyone is wondering about and what they feel are the hurdles, and to have such a wide-ranging discussion.

This consultation was held on a one-on-one basis.
This is because the situations of those who came for advice varied widely (some were just vaguely interested in Kindle publishing, some were thinking about it concretely, and some even had a draft already in place!), and I wanted to tailor the conversation to each individual's situation.

What I kept in mind during this consultation was to hold a strategy meeting so that participants could think about Kindle publishing more concretely, regardless of whether they decide to use my services or not.

Listening to each person's story and having a strategy meeting together—saying things like, 'I think publishing for this purpose is a good idea' or 'It seems like this method would be best for publishing'—was a lot of fun.
(My explanation only took about 20 minutes, but the strategy meetings with each person were so enjoyable that I ended up talking with everyone for about an hour.)

Of course, I didn't tell everyone that they should 'publish a Kindle book right now.' For some, I gave advice like, 'I think it's best to do X and then consider publishing after Y, rather than publishing at this timing.'

I received feedback from the participants, so I would like to share some of it with you.

Although I was interested in Kindle books, I had no idea how to approach them. I hadn't settled on a theme or content at all (it was more of a lighthearted 'wouldn't it be lucky if I tried it and made some side income!' attitude), so I felt that I first needed to have a concept, or a core that wouldn't waver, in my own way.
By having you listen to my thoughts this time, I can now see what I want to do and what I need to do, including my side business!!

The materials and explanations presented today were very easy to understand, and just from this briefing alone, I understood what I should do and what points I need to be careful about.
Also, the schedule table for the support service that Chiharu-san created was very well-crafted, which gave me a great sense of security and made me feel excited just looking at it.

Having the backup of Chiharu-san, who has outstanding ability to take action, is more reassuring than anything else!
(Omitted)
I am grateful for the easy-to-understand explanation and the way the discussion was tailored to my level! I definitely want to ask Chiharu-san to accompany me on this journey!
After hearing your story, I am nothing but excited!

It was very easy to understand, and I think Chiharu-san's ability to take action to publish a Kindle book on your own is truly amazing.
Because it's so easy to put things off, I think many people will find Chiharu-san's hands-on support helpful.
I'm glad I got to hear your story!

Chiharu-san, you are valued in many places as 'Secretary Chiharu.' I was just thinking that I would love to have a secretary, so I felt that with your follow-up, I could safely leave things in your hands (lol).

I can see why people who want hands-on support have decided to work with you, as you can provide support for Kindle book ideas and procedures with your gentle atmosphere, Chiharu-san.

Thank you very much for all the feedback.

Since you were kind enough to give me your valuable time, I wanted to make sure you took something away from our talk, regardless of whether you publish a Kindle book or not. I'm glad that everyone who participated answered that they were 'satisfied' with the briefing.
(Also, everyone answered that the explanations and materials were 'easy to understand.')

This consultation session was also intended to recruit people to become monitors for my Kindle book publishing support.

Even though it was a monitor program, there was a fee, so I thought it would be good if at least one person signed up, but in the end, three people decided to become monitors...!
Some decided on the spot that day, some slept on it for a night to think it over (lol), and some made an immediate decision right there at the consultation session (!), but I am very much looking forward to helping these three people with their publishing.

I am planning to have the first meeting with each of them this week, so I am currently in the process of upgrading my materials and preparing.
I will share how that goes and their feedback as well.

Thank you for reading this far.
