The Final Battle with Barium: The White-Mouthed Warrior Edition

I had my health checkup today!

My first barium test in a year.

Barium... if it were chilled,
I feel like it would be a bit easier to drink.
That's what I thought while drinking it.

It felt like I was drinking
shaving foam (though I've never actually had it).

More than that,
taking the effervescent agent separately—that part
has quite a lot of power!

And what's more,
just when I thought the test was almost over,
there was

an unexpected, additional dose of the effervescent agent,
and while taking that damage,
it finally ended.


When I looked in the mirror,
the area around my mouth was completely white,
and the sense of defeat was overwhelming.
Honestly, it was such a pathetic feeling.
