What Chie Values in Healing
When you hear the word healing,
some of you may feel
that it is something a little special.
Something invisible.
Something you feel.
Something that cannot be fully explained in words.
That is precisely why,
when I provide healing,
there is something I hold very dear.
That is,
not leaving the other person's heart behind.
Healing
is not a time for me to unilaterally change anything.
"This is how it will be."
"This is the correct answer."
"You should do this."
In that way,
I do not believe it is about
dictating the future or increasing anxiety.
What I value is
what kind of thoughts that person is holding right now.
What they have been enduring.
Where their heart has become tired.
It is to quietly shine a light on that.
In their daily lives, people
sometimes put their own feelings on the back burner.
For the sake of family.
For the sake of work.
So as not to cause trouble for those around them.
While working hard in that way,
before you know it,
you may lose sight of your own true feelings.
Even though you really want to rest,
you try to keep working hard.
Even though you are actually suffering,
you smile and say, "I'm fine."
Even though you really want someone to listen,
you swallow your words before saying them.
I believe healing
is a time to gently notice
those small voices deep within the heart.
And, before receiving healing,
some of you may think,
"I don't know what I should ask."
That is okay.
Even if you don't have a clear problem,
even if you can't put it into words well,
it is fine to come just as you are.
"I've been feeling somewhat tired lately."
"My heart feels restless."
"I wonder if it's okay to stay like this."
"I don't understand my own feelings."
Even such small feelings of discomfort
are important voices of your heart.
It is okay if you cannot put them into perfect words.
While we talk,
we will organize your current state together.
If necessary,
I will ask you questions slowly,
so please come with peace of mind.
Also, during healing,
it is not always the case that you will see something clearly
or have a special sensation.
Some people feel warmth,
while others feel sleepy.
Some people may shed tears,
while others may feel as if they are feeling nothing at all.
"Am I receiving this properly?"
"I don't feel anything, is that okay?"
Some people may
feel that way.
But it is okay.
Even if you don't understand,
you are receiving it properly.
I feel that healing
is not just something to be understood by the head,
but something that reaches you quietly
in the depths of your heart and body.
Even if you don't notice changes immediately,
your heart might suddenly feel lighter,
you might sleep better,
or you might find it a little easier to breathe.
It is something that reaches you gently,
in the form you need,
at the timing you need.
Therefore,
you don't have to try hard to feel something.
Just receive it with peace of mind.
Just like with Guardian Dragon messages and CIL Fortune Studies,
in healing as well,
I value "aligning"
more than "hitting the mark."
There is no need to force yourself to be positive.
It is okay not to come up with an answer right away.
First,
look at yourself as you are now without blaming yourself.
And then,
when your heart and body relax a little,
remember your original sense of self.
That is what I value
in my healing.
Healing is not about depending on someone else,
but a time to remember the power within yourself.
It is a time to remember the power within yourself.
I would like to assist you in that,
quietly and carefully.
I would like to do so.
May it reach those who need it.
