I finally finished watching the Korean drama 【Fatal Promise】!
Lee Tae-poong suffered an intellectual disability due to an accident in high school, but thanks to his mother, Kyung-hye, and Yoo-jung, who lived next door, he lived a comfortable life.
Meanwhile, Yoo-jung's twin sister, Yoo-ra, couldn't find the work she wanted because of her poor family background.
In the midst of this, Yoo-ra, who was pregnant, took advantage of the fact that the father was involved in an accident and left unconscious, and successfully married into wealth by lying that the child was Tae-poong's.
However, Kyung-hye gets caught up in a conspiracy, is arrested as a murderer, and ends up dying.
To fulfill her own dreams, Yoo-ra steals Tae-poong's fortune and disappears.
Having lost his mother and been betrayed by Yoo-ra, Tae-poong is then targeted by the very person who framed his mother.
He manages to survive, but the shock causes him to develop acquired savant syndrome, and he awakens.

In this drama, the presence of Yoo-jung's twin sister and KBC announcer, "Han Yoo-ra", was overwhelming.
In Japanese dramas, even villains often have a backstory that makes you think, "Well, it's understandable why they turned out that way."
"Han Yoo-ra" has absolutely no room for sympathy 🙅♀️
She just keeps sacrificing countless people without a second thought to satisfy her own desires...
Yoo-ra piles lie upon lie to satisfy her desires.
However, the layers of lies are peeled away, and Yoo-ra is finally arrested.
Even after being arrested, she has absolutely no awareness of the crimes she committed!
To the very end, she blames others, spews abuse at those around her to save herself, and rages like a wild beast.
(It looked like she was raging for real, without holding anything back 😅)

As the heir to a large corporation, he was a bit spoiled, honest, and pure, not knowing how to doubt others.
(Because he was a rich kid, he was always a bit careless in everything he did...)
Toward the end of the drama, he is hit by a series of events that shatter his heart, and he leaves this world without ever being rewarded for anything 😭
It was as if Seo-joon had to bear all the misfortune of this drama, and it was truly unbearable to watch 🥺
