Chaya's Menu (Site Map)
I have categorized the articles posted on note. I hope you will read not only the latest articles but also the past ones.
■ Company Information (Goals, founding history, etc.)
This section describes what we at Chaya Farm aim to achieve, the circumstances that led to our founding, our cultivated area, machinery, equipment, and more.
■ Quality of the 2023 Harvest
This section describes the varieties and quality of the autumn buckwheat produced in fiscal year 2023. Good is good, and bad is bad. I am writing this honestly without sugarcoating it.
■ Back Issues of the PR Magazine 'Chaya Newsletter'
This is a magazine that compiles the 'Chaya Newsletter,' which is distributed in paper format to every household in Toga Village, with some minor edits for posting on note. You can trace the trajectory of Chaya Farm's activities here. To put it nicely, it is a real-life documentary.
■ Buckwheat Miscellany (Food culture, etc.)
I have compiled articles discussing various topics such as buckwheat food culture and buckwheat as an agricultural product into a magazine. Regarding this, I plan to add articles from other noters if I find interesting ones.
■ Practical Recipe Collection Using Buckwheat Flour
This is a magazine introducing recipes because I want people who do not make handmade buckwheat noodles to use buckwheat flour as well. Buckwheat flour has many uses, so I hope you will try it. It is also a challenge project where someone who does not usually cook struggles.
■ Online Shop 'Chaya Farm Trading'
Currently, we only sell whole buckwheat and buckwheat flour, but in the future, we are thinking of handling processed products such as buckwheat tea and buckwheat groats, as well as local specialties from Toga Village.
■ Where Our 'Children' Are Serving
This is a magazine that compiles articles written by those who have purchased Chaya Farm's whole buckwheat or buckwheat flour. Please take a look at how our 'children' are doing.
■ Various Things About the Local Area
Although not directly related to Chaya Farm's activities, I also share information about life in Toga Village and Toyama Prefecture. By the way, the magazine image is of the Higashiyama Cylindrical Water Divider in Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture.
We at Chaya Farm are an agricultural corporation mainly cultivating buckwheat in Toga Village, Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture. We plan to share various things such as our daily farm work, the process of sixth-sector industrialization, dishes using buckwheat, and trivia about buckwheat.
