Brain Tuning: The Strategy to Pass FP and Real Estate Notary Exams on the First Try in 3 Months
My number of followers has been increasing. Thank you all.
Many people are interested in "passing certification exams in a short period."
In this post, I will teach you the specific self-study methods I used to pass certification exams like the FP and Real Estate Notary on the first try in a short period of 3 months.
This is aimed at those who are serious about winning a short-term battle.
The world is overflowing with study methods that say "go through the textbook multiple times" or "just memorize everything." However, if a working professional with limited time tries to do that, they will usually end up failing.
What I practiced was the exact opposite approach.
Physically increase your brain's rotation speed (thinking speed) before stuffing it with knowledge.
That is all there is to it.
On the day of the exam, knowledge alone is not enough to process many questions and derive the correct answers within the time limit. "Thinking speed" is absolutely essential.
I will reveal the "brain tuning" method I actually used, which produced dramatic results.
1. The Golden Rule of Choosing Materials: The Courage Not to Dabble in Everything
The biggest enemy of passing in a short time is "hesitation." Once you decide on your materials, you must not stray.
Textbooks: Don't go too deep. Choose simple ones that allow you to grasp the overview. If possible, prioritize materials with audio. If not, read and record just the key points yourself.
Past Exam Question Collections: Choose three standard ones that are selling well at bookstores. Go through these thoroughly.
And here is the "essential tool" that is the core of my strategy.
2. The "Three Sacred Treasures" to Awaken the Brain
These are tools for "brain tuning" before you start studying for the test.
No. 1: Speed-listening app "Audipo" This is an app for smartphones or tablets (I used it on Android). Listen to textbook audio, etc., played at 1.5x to 2x speed.
No. 2: Gadget with calculation drills This is a switch to put your thinking gears into top gear.
I used to love a calculator with a "brain age measurement function" made by SHARP, but it may be difficult to obtain now.
In short, anything that is a "calculation game where time and scores are objectively displayed" is fine.
For those who will be practicing this, the following tools available on Amazon (Rakuten, Yodobashi), etc., are recommended.
Recommended Tool 1: Umimile Mental Arithmetic Training
It looks cute, but the features are professional-grade.

Recommended Tool 2: Sonic Mental Arithmetic Drill
If you prefer a simpler design, this one is better.

3. The 3-Month Golden Routine: Accelerating Thinking Speed
The specific daily schedule is just to run this golden cycle.
[Speed Listening x Calculation Drill x Past Problem Collection]
Procedure:
Speed Listening (5 to 10 minutes): Before starting study, listen to high-speed audio with Audipo. [Important] Do not listen for too long. This is just a warm-up for the brain. Listening too much will tire the brain and have the opposite effect. 5 to 10 minutes is enough.
Calculation Drill: Continue with the calculation drill to forcibly speed up your mental processing in a measurable way.
Past Problem Collection: Tackle past problems while your thinking speed is fully accelerated.
4. Why this method works (Empirical data)
The effect of this "brain tuning" is immense. I will show you my actual experience data.
When solving past problems immediately: Accuracy rate approx. 70%
When solved after speed listening (5-10 minutes) & drills: Accuracy rate 90% or higher
Even if the same person with the same amount of knowledge solves it, just a difference in brain processing speed results in this much of a gap.
The content of the speed listening does not necessarily have to be the exam subjects. What is important is to create a state where your thinking speed is elevated before you start solving problems.
In conclusion
What you need to do is simple.
Trust this cycle and repeat it until your accuracy rate on past exam questions is consistently 90%.
Do not dabble in this and that; instead, prepare your brain's condition before facing the problems.
This is my conclusion for grabbing a passing grade via the shortest route.
I wish you the best of luck.
