[Morning☕️] Shimoichiguchi | Adagiya Coffee

This weekend, I'm heading to Yoshino, Nara for the first time in half a year🙌
For a change, it's not for walking
Since the meeting time was a late 10 AM
I took the opportunity to look for a coffee shop😁

I go to Yoshino regularly
And I try to explore new places each time
But I couldn't find any affordable shops
around Yoshino Station or Yoshino-Jingu Station...

If I really couldn't find anything
I would either revisit a place I'd been to before
or give up on breakfast altogether
but I searched the previous station just in case
and that's how I found this shop😆

The nearest station is Shimoichiguchi Station on the Kintetsu Yoshino Line, about 20 minutes from Yoshino🚃

Crossing the intersection toward the Yoshino River...
Seeing a sign that said 24km to Tenkawa, I thought, 'I could walk that♪'
but immediately realized how skewed my sense of distance had become and got scared😰

This isn't a walking trip
I'm just heading to a coffee shop😆

After crossing the river, turn left
and walk along the Yoshino River for about 400 meters

There's a flag saying they serve breakfast...
but the building looks like a regular house

I went around to the front
but couldn't find the shop name, so I got nervous and checked the map😅 I confirmed it was the Adagiya Coffee I was looking for and went in♪

The interior is bright and clean
It might be a relatively new shop✨

Starting with counter seats facing the Yoshino River
there are spacious tables arranged
with a capacity of about 14 or 15 people...

Since I'm alone this time, I sat in a corner seat
It felt a bit enclosed, but it was nice to be able to relax
without worrying about being watched🌱

Now, to choose a breakfast
All three types have many items and feel like a good deal
In that case, I'll go with the most luxurious C set😆

It's a bit pricey for breakfast, but
considering the number of items, I feel the price is reasonable.

Salad, boiled egg, and toast are common,
plus this season's first 🍉 and other fruits,
and even 🍮, which is rare to find in a set.

From my house to the station, and then to the shop,
I traveled while hungry, so it really hit the spot 😋
Since my plans afterward don't involve walking,
I enjoyed a leisurely breakfast while savoring every bite ☕️
Oh man, it was delicious and so soothing 🌱

I had planned to walk a different route after eating,
but I took it easy and ran out of time,
so I quietly headed back the way I came, about a 15-minute walk to the station.

I got back on the train from Shimoichiguchi
and headed to Yoshino as planned 🚃
