It was past 8:00 PM when I got off the train.
I was hungry, so I opened the mobile order app to buy something from McDonald's on my way home. That's when the words "Chicken Tatsuta" appeared on the top page.

Come to think of it, it must have been over 10 years since I last ate one. I barely remember the taste. In that case, I'll give it a try after all this time.

I received my order and opened the wrapper at a counter seat.

Then the mayonnaise gets involved.
The richness of the mayo and the refreshing, sharp Japanese flavor of the ginger soy sauce intertwine complexly, dancing in my mouth. The song "Dancing Queen" starts playing.

Furthermore, this profound seasoning drags the umami of the chicken up from the depths of hell, whipping it fiercely to release even more flavor.

It had been a long time since I last ate one, but this is wonderfully delicious. The level of perfection is extremely high. I was genuinely moved.
