I applied to the Kizuna Publishing book contest! Voting is open🙌→It has ended.
It's February starting today.
It's a bit cold in Gifu~~.
Well, in yesterday's tweet, I mentioned that I had taken on a big challenge.
The time has come to share that news with everyone.
Actually, I applied to the Kizuna Publishing book contest!
If you're wondering what kind of contest this is, it's one where they accept book proposals from the general public.
Hiroomi Sueyoshi, whom I introduced in a previous article, wrote about this contest.
He published the bestseller "The Courage to Express" through Kizuna Publishing.
Seeing Mr. Sueyoshi's article really struck a chord with me.
The thing is, I've thought for a long time that I should write my autobiography.
I can't explain it well, but...
I've been affected by my childhood home environment all the way into adulthood, but through various actions, I've managed to heal those old emotional wounds quite a bit.
By sharing those experiences and stories in articles or a book, I might be able to encourage, help, or save someone somewhere in this world.
I've had that vague image in my mind since around last autumn and winter.
Initially, I thought I would wait until I moved to Nagoya to write my autobiographical introduction article, but then I happened to see Mr. Sueyoshi's article about the contest.
Oh my, it seems I've been given a kick in the pants.
By someone like a god!
So, I put my proposal together in a few days and submitted it yesterday, January 31st, in the evening, right before the deadline.
Man, I worked hard!
I'm amazing!!!
I've never written a proposal in my life, but fortunately, there was a sample on the application page, so I just wrote it frantically and submitted it!
Mr. Sueyoshi, thank you for letting me know about the contest😆
Now, here is the very important part.
Out of over 100 entries, one winner will be chosen (and the winner will actually have their book published by Kizuna Publishing!), but
it is actually decided by reader votes.
Moreover, from today, February 1st, to February 17th, you can vote once a day, as many times as you like.
It's amazing.
You can vote from the link below.
My work title (proposal name) is~~
109: Miwa Matsui "Living by Depending on Myself - Until the Difficulty of Living Turns into Light -"
That's it.
Matsui's work is number 109!
Perhaps because I submitted it right before the deadline, it's faster to find if you scroll down from the bottom of the site.
Everyone, please vote for me🙇☀️

The title "Living by Depending on Myself," in terms of the contest theme of "Kizuna" (bonds), can also be called "a bond with oneself."
This is based on the lessons I learned in Kimi-chan's course about "cherishing yourself" and "loving yourself."
Cherish yourself, take care of yourself, and fulfill yourself on your own.
Value your partnership with yourself.
I tried expressing those as "depending on (not others, but) myself."
Childhood emotional wounds and negative thoughts can turn into light depending on how you perceive them.
I poured those feelings into this.
I hope to turn these into a book, along with my own personal journey.
I also immediately went to the voting site and voted for a few others besides my own project.
It's interesting just looking at the titles, but if you click on the project title on the site page, you can download the submitted project proposal and sample manuscript.
It's the stuff we worked so hard to write! ✨
Once again, thank you to everyone at Kizuna Publishing for organizing this project, and to Mr. Sueyoshi for writing an article and sharing the contest!
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude.
And I'm so proud of myself for taking on this challenge~~!!
So, please vote for me ❤️
