I have launched the NPO Fookuru concept.
Introduction
Well, this is sudden, but last week I decided to launch an NPO. I am Buntata, a father of an ASD child.
So, I thought about how to gather allies and get it started.
I thought it would be interesting to provide regular updates on the process of aiming for the establishment of the NPO three years from now.
Fookuru Concept
Vision
Families who are forced into a life of poverty, working low-wage jobs and relying on disability pensions because of their disability, or who are unable to find time to work because they have a child with a disability. We will create a network that powerfully supports such people with the theme of "IT x Work" and contribute to society. I dream that if this activity spreads, families will have more financial leeway, gain confidence, and more happy families will increase. Also, if more people work, the government and municipalities will see an increase in tax revenue, and if the number of households that rely entirely on disability pensions decreases, it will contribute to future pension issues. Furthermore, it is expected to have the effect of reducing the number of households that rely on welfare due to poverty.
This is the work of an NGO. I will establish the NPO Fookuru and dedicate the rest of my life to solving this social problem and to the bright future of my child.

What I think is good about this concept is that you can do the same work as your child with a disability from home. I don't think it's a dream for a mother and child to work and earn money together.
Operation of Continuous Employment Support Offices
Establishment of Type B office (planned in Fukuoka)
It seems that 30 million yen is needed to establish an office, with 10 million yen expected from crowdfunding,
and the rest from a syndicated loan from the Japan Finance Corporation and a local bank in Fukuoka.
*Since I have spoken to a manager who actually operated a Type B office,
there should be no funding shortage for the first year of operation with this amount.
For that, a track record of activities is necessary. After achieving a sufficient track record of activities as an NPO,
I will move to establish it. Planned for 5 years from now.
Operation of the Developmental Disability Information Site Fookuru Net
There is so little information about developmental disabilities that it frustrates me. This is everyone's problem, so I will operate a site that everyone can use.
*I am making the website myself, but I am too busy to make progress.
Support for Publishing Books by People with Disabilities and Their Families
Kindle books (e-books + regular books [paperbacks])
I have published one Kindle book myself, so it is fully possible. I am currently writing my second work.
In the future, I will write books that are useful for people with disabilities.
Also, families with disabilities have many stories, and I think many people want to convey something. I want to deliver those passionate appeals to the world.
