When things don't go well or you can't do something as you planned, people tend to jump to the conclusion that "it's impossible for me." But try adding the word "yet" before that phrase. It's not that you can't do it, it's that you are still in the process of learning to do it.

The single word "yet" is packed with great potential. It holds room for growth, a future where you can improve, and creates a reason to keep going. The fact that you cannot do something now is simply because you are still a work in progress. Being unfinished is not a source of shame or a weakness; it is the very definition of your potential for growth.

Just a little bit at a time is fine. If you have moved forward by even one millimeter compared to yesterday, that is a wonderful achievement. There is no need to compare yourself to others or aim for perfection immediately. Believe in the future that lies beyond "yet," and it will be okay as long as you keep walking at your own pace.

Instead of blaming yourself for what you cannot do, please praise yourself for the fact that you are taking on the challenge. As long as you keep going, what you cannot do will eventually turn into what you "can" do.
