This is Hiromi, the manager.
It has become a little cooler, but the members are
enjoying dancing at their own pace while sweating profusely.
Today, we had 11 members and 3 trial lesson participants, making for a lively session❣️

"It's really fun! I feel like I'm expressing myself with my whole body."

"I danced for the first time in a while! My heart was dancing."

"Everyone's expressions and the sparkle in their eyes are amazing!"

We received many happy comments from the trial participants.

We women have
various roles,
whether as a wife,
a mother,
a daughter,
or a working professional.We have many faces.

During these two hours of lessons,
we gently set aside
our titles and daily routines,
and simply immerse ourselves in who we are.

The goal isn't just to dance well.

This time, where we can hug ourselves,
say 'Good job!',
and tell ourselves 'You're doing great!!',
is, for me personally,
a supremely important, precious, and grateful time.

Studio right in front of Shimokitazawa Station. Beginners are very welcome!
