Yesterday, I expressed deep gratitude to myself.
Today, I will turn my gaze slightly forward, and deliver this message with the theme of
“placing a small hope in the future.”

As the new year approaches, we sometimes find ourselves tensing up, thinking, “I must accomplish something.”
However, what I want to cherish in this space is not such grand resolutions, but the “small hopes” we deliver to our future selves.

“I want to listen to my own voice a little more next year.”
“I want to go to that cafe.”
Such modest and gentle hopes are enough. Let us place just one “small light” in our hearts today to gently support our future selves.
