A cafe blackboard menu inspired by Shinobu Suga's novel "Eve of the Revolution". Keeping in mind the story's setting—East Germany (the former GDR)—as well as the tension, the passion of the youth, and the echoes of classical music flowing through it, we have chosen the theme of "a quiet, substantial dish and drink to savor the lingering notes of the story."
