Profile
Born in Nagasaki Prefecture. 35 years old, born in '88.
After 12 years of experience as a caregiver, I am now a freelancer working as a self-actualization coach.
"A coach is a life consultant."
I have provided consultations to a total of 1,000 people, primarily through social media.
I have over 30,000 total social media followers.
In today's world, there are many people who are struggling alone because they have no one to talk to.
I always hated myself for struggling alone without being able to talk to anyone. But I worked hard to change that version of myself filled with inferiority, and now I am a coach with 20,000 followers.
Because I have been through hard times myself, I can show those who want to work hard to change their current selves the direction in which to put their efforts.
Background
March 2011: Graduated from Ohara College of Nursing and Paramedical and became a certified care worker.
July 2017: Diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent surgery.
December 2020: Started as a sole proprietor (continued working as a caregiver as a side job).
November 2022: Left caregiving and became a freelancer.
January 2023: Diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent surgery.
Reason for becoming a freelancer
The biggest trigger was feeling a sense of crisis about my future after experiencing my income drop to zero when I developed a brain tumor at 29. Because I had only ever worked as a caregiver until then, I started studying so that I could continue to work even if I couldn't move my body.
At first, I did it as a side job as a "life consultation service," but in about a year, the earnings exceeded my main job, so I reversed my main and side jobs.
I retired from caregiving in 2022 to further improve my skills as a businessman.
About my brain tumor
The first sign was a headache. I was 29 at the time.
When I went to the hospital for the headache, I found out I had a brain tumor.
I was referred to a large hospital for surgery and underwent the procedure.
After taking about a month off work, I returned to caregiving.
The second brain tumor. This was tough. I was 34 at the time.
I had severe dizziness, and eventually, I was vomiting every day, lost my sense of balance, and couldn't walk. After two surgeries and rehabilitation, I was discharged.
In closing
I had a brain tumor, but I am living life to the fullest.
It was difficult, but it is an undeniable fact that I am who I am today because of that illness, and it was the illness that showed me my path.
That is why I apply my current sense of gratitude to my coaching.
On note, I will be sharing my experiences, my way of thinking, and feedback from my clients.
If you find my articles helpful, I would be incredibly happy if you could give them a 'like'.
