How to Use Google Drive Shared Folders for Solo Female Entrepreneurs

Are you struggling because your files are scattered when you want to organize materials with someone?
Do you want to share photos or data securely, but feel anxious because you aren't confident with computers or IT?
Google Drive shared folders are a convenient solution for you.
If you follow these steps in order, you can start sharing immediately, even if you aren't good with computers or smartphones.
1. Open Google Drive and log in
First, open Google Drive in your browser.
Please log in with the same Google account you use for Gmail.
(If you are already logged in, you can skip this step.)
2. Create a new folder
Click the "+ New" button in the top left of the screen.
Select "New folder" from the menu that appears.
Give it a name you like and click "Create," and your own folder is ready!
This will be the base for your "shared folder."
3. Set the folder to shared
Next, right-click the folder you just created and select "Share."

A new window will open.
Here, enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
Below that, you can choose the level of access the other person has from the following options:
Viewer: Can only view
Commenter: Can add comments but cannot edit
Editor: Can add and edit files
Once you have configured the settings, click "Send."
The other person will receive an invitation email, and sharing is complete✨
4. If you want to share via a link (a method that doesn't use email)
If you want to share via a URL link instead of email, click "Copy link".

Once you send the copied URL via LINE, email, or other means, the recipient can access the folder from that link.
5. You can also share from the smartphone app
If you want to operate from your smartphone, the process is almost the same.
In the Google Drive app, tap the "..." next to the folder you want to share and select "Share".
Set the recipient's address and permissions, then tap "Send" and you're done.
Whether on a computer or a smartphone, the experience is almost identical, so please rest assured.
