Tips to make tomorrow a little more interesting
Hello, I'm Maru.
Through my experience of changing from being super negative, I share secrets to living comfortably and ways to embrace your true self.
Don't you think the first person who saw a sea urchin and thought, "Let's try eating this," is amazing?
Don't you think so?
I was talking about that with my nieces.
I mean, look at this appearance. Pitch black and spiky.

No matter how you look at it, it doesn't seem like something you can eat.
If it were me, I'd probably think,
"W-what is this strange, spiky creature! I'd better stay away..."
I'm sure that's where it would end for me.
What would you do with these black spikes?
But people in the Jomon period were different, weren't they?
"It's black and spiky, but if you look closely, it might be interesting. Let's take it home."
I don't know if they really thought that way, but
because there were people who found things "interesting" like that,
I think they managed to reach the point of eating it.
It's not just with food,
the same thing happens with tools.
Take smartphones, for example.
When they first came out, there were many voices saying things like this:
"It looks inconvenient without buttons."
"The screen looks like it will break."
"Do we really need something this expensive?"
What did you think when you first saw a smartphone?
Honestly, I thought, "Flip phones are easier to use."
But because there were people who picked them up in the beginning,
they have now become an essential part of our lives.
When we encounter things we don't know, things we've never seen before,
or things that fall outside of our conventional wisdom,
we tend to get defensive.
"Maybe this isn't for me"
"What if I fail?"
However, the people who thought, "That looks kind of interesting," and gave it a try,
have been changing our daily lives little by little.
The hint to making tomorrow interesting
might actually be reaching out for the things that "pique your curiosity a little."
Try accepting the fear along with it.
What kind of scenery will that first step show you?
It's a pleasure that only those who have tried it can experience.
Perhaps, beyond that,
there is a path that will lead your future in a direction you never imagined♪
