The True Identity of the Mom Support Squad 🤫
Nice to meet you, I'm Shiro from the Mom Support Squad!
On this account,
drawing from my experience supporting the careers of over 100 moms,
I share the struggles of moms and the feelings I've had while supporting them.
As I interact with many momswho are struggling every day while raising children,
I see the beauty behind the coolness of moms who spend more time than themselves
thinking, acting, and protecting,
pouring out their maximum love.
I have seen many moms who carry anxieties like, 'Is my current job okay?',
conflicts like not wanting to make their children go without due to financial issues,
and frustration with themselves for not being able to take action even though they want to change their current situation.
While sharing the struggles, actions, and changes of such moms,
I hope to become a place that moms who are doing their best today
can rely on, and a trigger for them to hold on.
That is what I hope for.
Self-Introduction
Even though I call it the Mom Support Squad, actually...
I am not a mom, nor am I married,
just a person in their late 20s 🤫 lol
Why, then, am I posting for moms?
There is only one reason.
Because I wanted to protect moms who have something to protect.
I'm sure you're thinking, '?????'
but it's only in the last few years that I've come to feel this way.
Currently, as a freelancer,
I work in a wide range of fields, such as SNS operation agency, teaching at online schools,
managing communities, and holding workshops ⛄️
Through that, I have interacted with over 100 moms so far.
In particular, at online schools, I have worked as an instructor for moms,
and provided mental support as a mentor.
Currently, lifetime employment is becoming a fantasy,
and with the reality in Japan where wages do not rise despite soaring prices,
side jobs have become a boom.
I am one of those people who jumped on that boom.
Feeling anxious about the future reality, and longing for a freer way of working...
I joined an online school to start a side job.
Currently, at a major online school,
while supporting students as an instructor and mentor,
I have often faced situations where I thought,
'Did this person really belong in this school?'
The difficulty of acquiring work and the difficulty of continuing it
is something I felt throughout the process of becoming a freelancer, and still feel today.
There are many schools increasing that only show a sparkling future.
Of course, there are many people who achieve results there.
Those who achieve results are not doing so because of ability, but because
'It was a good fit. That's why they were able to make the right efforts.'
That is all I think.
Now that joining a school has become the standard flow when starting a side hustle,
I believe self-investment is necessary.
However, I want you to face it properly and make your decision.
Especially you, moms.
Since you are working hard for the things you need to protect,
I want you to proceed by increasing your chances of success as much as possible.
You are the one who will be working hard.
Because you are trying your best, that is exactly why
I want you to properly evaluate, think, and make a decision.
Moms are strong.
I think moms are cool.
I want to reduce the number of people who make the wrong choice and end up regretting it,
so this might just be my own self-satisfaction.
But I think it's fine to be self-satisfied.
I want to help. I want to save. I want to create a place where we can work hard together.
That is all this note of my self-satisfaction is.
Alright!!!
What should I talk about next?😙
