Are you lying to yourself? - What I wrote last week #41 -

Hello everyone. This is Naseka.
I define myself as a philosopher and book reviewer.

"I'm done with monetizing note..."

Because I was tired,
I stopped forcing myself to write articles,
and it has been about two weeks since I started
prioritizing time for input.

While I am remembering the joy of reading
that isn't tied to writing on note,
these days even writing short daily posts
is starting to feel like a chore.

It's not that I've come to hate note,
and I don't think note is boring.

But for me, the joy of note is inferior to the joy of reading and contemplation,
and I am gradually realizing that
it was probably impossible for me
to engage with note at the expense of those things.

I never thought I would feel this way
on the eve of my 2nd anniversary on note,
but I am satisfied with it in my own mind,
thinking that it is because I have been engaging with note
seriously in my own way.

As I head into my 3rd year on note,
and my plans for 2026 are taking shape,
I want to engage with it in a style that is more like me.

If you, who are reading this article,
are also struggling to continue with note,
let's ask ourselves once.

Of course, I wouldn't say it's a bald-faced lie.
But if you are pressed
on whether note is truly number one,
the answer is not necessarily yes.

That is by no means a bad thing.

There are levels to enjoyment,
and depending on that level,
there are various ways to enjoy things.

I think just accepting that
will make your heart feel much lighter.
