The reason I decided to start sharing on note and my blog was a teacher who was hired as a new graduate. Their greeting upon arrival, filled with hope despite their nervousness, left a lasting impression on me. A few months later, that same teacher looked completely exhausted. I was genuinely worried, wondering if they would even come to work after summer vacation. The cause was that their classroom management was not going well. Furthermore, instead of being supported by administrators and teachers in the same grade, they were being driven into a corner by being reprimanded. I also struggled and failed a lot when I was young. (I still do now...) I understand those painful feelings well. Young teachers are our hope. I want them to think that the teaching profession is fun, rewarding, and wonderful. To that end, what I can do is share my experiences so far, and share the mindset with which I approach my work now that I have experienced so much. If that can be of help to someone, there is nothing more wonderful than that.
