In this article, I will review a can of El Segundo's "Broken Skull IPA".

Fruity and citrus-filled flavors from Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops, with wonderful balance and a light finish.
Steve Austin is a huge fan of El Segundo's Mayberry IPA and Citra Pale Ale, and through a mutual friend, a conversation with El Segundo founder Rob was realized.
In fact, Steve is a huge craft beer lover who had been thinking about starting his own brewery after retiring from the professional wrestling world.
Touched by his seriousness and enthusiasm, Rob immediately hit it off with him, and they decided to create a collaboration beer together.

Impressions
The color is a clear gold. The foam is average.
The aroma is sweet and tropical fruity.
The taste is quite astringent with a slight hint of sweetness.
The aftertaste is a lingering, clear bitterness.
Summary
Although it was described as having a light finish, I felt quite a bit of bitterness.
If anything, the sweetness and acidity are on the lighter side.
