#78: 'Even though they aren't employees, I have partners who do this much for me' ── That is the magnetic power of the Boost X project

In this note, I will write about new developments in the "Boost X project," a regional revitalization project I am running in Toyama.
At the center of it is the Boost gang leader, Mr. Asai. While he is the representative of Asai Seitai (Click here for the official website | Click here for Instagram), he has now become an indispensable presence in our organization.

A "place" like a gas station is evolving into an interface that leads regional economic revitalization—we have begun to envision that future together with our business partners.

This note is a story about those new signs and the potential hidden within the Boost gang framework.

1. The definition of "partners" known as the Boost gang

The Boost gang are core partners who deeply understand the philosophy of the Boost X project, accept the strengths and weaknesses of Yagiya Enterprise, and run alongside us in regional revitalization.
Although they are not employees, they are people who discuss and act from the same perspective and on the same stage as us.

2. The "fresh air" brought in by Boost gang leader Mr. Asai

The leader, Mr. Asai, is the representative of "Asai Seitai" in Toyama (Click here for the official website | Click here for Instagram).

In fact, he is someone who embodies the "characteristics of successful sole proprietors" that I wrote about in my note #77.

He asks questions faster than anyone else in seminars, immediately puts what he learns into practice, and expresses gratitude to those around him—I fell in love with that attitude and scouted him to be the leader of the Boost gang.

Now, he even attends my company's all-hands meetings, taking on roles such as leading discussions and managing our guest rooms.

Beyond just our company,
while he is a chiropractor himself, because of his wonderful attitude toward taking on challenges, he has been requested by TASU, a startup support facility in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, to give lectures on how entrepreneurs and sole proprietors can take on challenges.

3. A co-creation team that transcends the limits of "outsourcing"

The Boost gang are business partners in form, but we collaborate at a level no different from internal members.

While handling team leads, coaching, management, and discussions on new businesses for my company, we also work together on projects such as launching a ChatGPT school, workshops for business owners and sole proprietors, managing new communities, product development, and creating social businesses—all of which are projects where we work hand-in-hand.

4. The future envisioned by the Boost gang alliance

The Boost gang is still a small organization, but I am convinced that their existence will become the foundation that supports the next phase of the Boost X project.

Instead of exerting one's potential in only one place, we can provide multiple stages for it. We will continue to absorb the power of capable people and lay the groundwork to create movements for individuals, corporations, and the region.

That is the style I excel at, and the ripple effect of the Boost X project is to shift gears at the core, Yagiya Enterprise, and energize the region together with the Boost gang and our partners.

I have seen many sole proprietors who are struggling.
Sole proprietors growing their strength and building businesses together with the community. I am also conceptualizing a community that creates such a future.
I truly believe that for lonely sole proprietors in particular, there is so much to learn by using Asai-san, the leader of the Boost gang, as a benchmark.

I want many people to learn from that.

That is the image of the community I have in mind, hoping that this movement can push someone else forward.
At the same time, I would also like to try running a community for corporations.
