#322: Schools have 'correct answers.' Business only has 'resolve.' — What I wanted to convey in the Boot camp.
322nd day of daily posting.
There is no such thing as a 'correct answer' anywhere.
The other day, I launched a service called 'Executive Training Boot camp'.
It is a program that throws the next generation of leaders into the thick of the action and forcibly updates their OS as business owners.
There is something I realized once again there.
What I am training in this program is not business skills in the narrow sense.
It is the very 'resolve' necessary for everyone who fights under their own name, whether they are a sole proprietor or a freelancer.

1. Schools have 'correct answers.' Business only has 'solutions.'
Since we were children, we have been trained to guess the 'prepared correct answers.'
But the moment you step into the business world, those rules collapse. 'Should I sell this product?' 'Should I change the current way of doing things?'
No matter who you ask or if you search on Google, there is no correct answer there.
It is natural that many people stop in their tracks out of fear of 'not wanting to be wrong.'

2. Fighting in 'solitude' or fighting against 'pressure.'
The way to fight in this 'world without correct answers' looks a little different depending on your position.
For sole proprietors and freelancers, it is a battle against 'complete solitude.'
There is no organization to protect you, and every decision bounces back on you.
It is a nerve-wracking daily life of continuing to swing your sword all by yourself.
On the other hand, business owners fight against the 'pressure of involving others.'
If the flag I raise is wrong, it might threaten the livelihoods of my employees.
Even so, the capacity to declare 'this is the way' is tested.
Although the forms are different, both are the same in that they 'stand on their own two feet in a fog without correct answers.'

3. The power to force a 'solution' and believe in it to the end.
So, how can one survive this wilderness?
The only way is to force yourself to create your own 'solution' and see it through until it becomes the 'correct answer.'
What I am seeking in the Boot camp is precisely this experience.
Facing problems that cannot be solved by logic alone, and deciding 'I will go with this' while your stomach churns.
A 'correct answer' is not something someone gives you.
I believe the essence of business is the process of turning the path you chose into a 'correct answer' while covered in sweat and mud.

Summary
What I want to convey is that you should 'hold the management rights to your own life yourself.'
Instead of waiting for someone else's correct answer, plant your own flag.
It is a scary, lonely, and incredibly exciting way to live.
I want Boot camp to be a place where people who have decided on that 'resolve to live independently' can seriously struggle in a safe environment.
Thank you for reading until the end this time as well.
