Thank you very much for considering exhibiting at ZINE Fes. Please check the following to ensure a smooth exhibition process.

*There is a possibility that the event hours will be from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We welcome exhibition applications from those who are flexible with the timing.

Exhibition Fee

Exhibition for 1 person + Promotional cooperation plan: 4,800 yen
Exhibition for 2 people + Promotional cooperation plan: 6,200 yen

Exhibition for 2 people + No promotional cooperation plan: 7,200 yen

Regarding Exhibition Confirmation and Guidance Methods

• Everyone who has applied for an exhibition and completed payment will be able to exhibit (this is not a lottery).

• Information after application will be sent to the email address registered at the time of payment, not by mail.Amazon Pay users should especially check their registered email address.

Regarding the Exhibitor List

• There will be no advance publication of the exhibitor list. A simple list (exhibitor name and booth location) will be posted at the venue on the day of ZINE Fes.

Regarding Requests for Adjacent Booths

• Requests to have your booth next to someone else's will be handled through the application process after you have signed up. Please use the order number provided in the email sent from STORES at the time of payment when making your request.

Regarding the 30-minute Operational Assistance
ZINE Fes is operated with the cooperation of exhibitors who assist for 30 minutes.

• 1-person exhibition: You will assist with setting up desks and chairs for 30 minutes before the doors open.

• 2-person exhibition: One person will assist with entrance reception or guiding near the reception for 30 minutes during the event. Since one of the two exhibitors will be helping, the booth will not be left unattended. Also, after the event ends, everyone will help remove the desks and chairs. *There is a possibility of some changes.
  
  

  
  
  

ZINEs Not Allowed for Sale
As the event is held in commercial facilities and many families including elementary school students attend, we ask that you refrain from selling ZINEs containing erotic, grotesque, or specific political/religious claims at any venue. There have been exhibitors who were asked to leave on the day of the event.

Please Refrain from Consignment Sales
ZINE Fes is held as a place for creators to deliver their work directly.

No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for exhibition fees after application.

Regarding Delivery of Goods

Mailing works to the event venue is not allowed. Please use public transportation and come with luggage about the size of a travel bag.

Exhibition Plans

• You may only exhibit with 1 or 2 people per booth. There are no participation slots for 3 or more people per booth.
  
  If there is a possibility that 3 or more people will stand at the booth, please apply for multiple booths (including cases involving shift changes).
  

  • Some people say, 'It's fine at other events and we will switch halfway through,' but at ZINE Fes, we count the number of people even if you switch halfway through.
    
    Example
    Applied for a 2-person exhibition
    Sato-san and Yamada-san stand at the booth for the first 2 hours. After that, they switch with Suzuki-san and Tanaka-san.

  • If you are having a sales assistant or family member help you, please apply for a 2-person exhibition.
    
    Example
    I am the only one making and selling the work, but I will have a sales assistant or family member help me, so I applied for a 1-person exhibition

  • Exhibiting with children
    Please apply for a 2-person exhibition
    ※ A maximum of 2 people are allowed within 1 booth.
    
    The number of exhibitors is the number of people who may stand at the booth during the event.

    ※ Posts on X and Instagram can be viewed retroactively, so there is no need to tag us.
    

• No Promotion Plan
  There is no need to make any announcements.

Process after application

Information will be sent via email (please register an address where you can receive mail. Amazon Pay users, please check your registered address).


① Payment (Application)
After payment, an order number will be automatically sent from STORES.
Please do not delete it, as you will use the order number when completing procedures.


② We will send an email the following Wednesday

③ On the Friday of the week before the event, booth numbers, layout, and help requests will be posted on the bulletin board

The organizers do not announce the list of exhibitors in advance. A simple list of exhibitors and a booth location map will be posted at the venue on the day.

④ Gather at the designated time on the day
The meeting time depends on the 30-minute role you apply for in ③
※ The difference is only about 30 minutes
