Oh, what a surprise

From around this evening
the company phones suddenly stopped working

We are in our own building,
and we use toll-free numbers,
Navi-dial numbers,
and regular phone lines for all our work,
but

the toll-free and Navi-dial numbers are unusable

According to someone who used to work here,
the reason they stopped working
is apparently
NTT Communications

We were able to do regular office work,
but everything phone-related was out

It was restored just before I left for the day,
but it looks like it will be tough
for the call center staff tomorrow

I hope we don't get any complaints either
