🌾 [Event Report] metacomi2026 Exhibitors Try Out "Vket Cloud"! We Got the Hang of the Controls While Enjoying the Agricultural Metaverse!
On Friday, June 26th, we held the "Let's Experience How to Use Vket Cloud Together" event in the Discord "Exchange Plaza"!
This event was planned with the purpose of having the exhibitors of "metacomi2026", which finally begins on July 1st, gather together to try out and get used to the controls of "Vket Cloud," the system that will be used for the actual venue!
💡 Purpose of the Trial Session and Introduction to the World
The place we visited this time was a space called "Agricultural Metaverse Agri Expo Marché" created by farmer and programmer kota-san. ✨
This is a wonderful world created with the concept of "Connecting people involved in 'agriculture' in the metaverse to create new innovations. An expo marché where you can have real conversations, exchanges, experiences, and sales related to agriculture.".
I have compiled a report on the lively experience of the day and the "tips for comfortably enjoying Vket Cloud" that we discovered while interacting with each other as exhibitors. Exhibitors who have the main event coming up, please be sure to use this as a reference.
🎮 The first half was a robot experience & green onion quiz!
🚩 Move from the portal to the green onion area!
First, we gathered in the entrance lobby lined with large signboards. From there, we all moved to the portal of "Furai Farm", which introduces Joshu green onions.
🤖 Experience the cockpit of a giant robot
When we entered the world, we discovered a huge green robot towering in front of us! It actually has a gimmick that allows you to sit in the cockpit seat. We took turns getting in and enjoyed the mechanics unique to the metaverse.
📝 Surprisingly serious? Challenging the green onion quiz
We also challenged a quiz corner unique to the agricultural metaverse, such as "What family of plants do green onions belong to?" While we all struggled, saying "Oh, this is surprisingly difficult...!", we were able to enjoyably touch upon agricultural knowledge through the quiz (the result was 3 out of 5 questions correct!).
🛸 In the second half, we moved to "Nakami Farm"! Deeply moved by the unexpected feature
🕺 Zannen-in-san succeeded in motion capture!
After the quiz, we moved to the "Nakami Farm" space, where you can experience the processing steps of traditional "suguki" pickles. Here, Zannen-in-san, who had restarted their PC and returned, successfully activated the "motion capture" feature of Vket Cloud!
Through the webcam, real-life movements were linked to the avatar, and Zannen-in-san's avatar's hands and neck began to move realistically even though they weren't pressing any buttons. All the members were very excited, saying "Wow!" and "The hands are moving!". It was a moment where the exhibitors felt the evolution of the metaverse firsthand.

At the end, we all lined up in front of the suguki barrel and took a commemorative screenshot. While adjusting the camera angle and matching emotes, we were able to take a great, friendly shot.
💡 Enjoy it comfortably! Tips for playing with Vket Cloud
We have compiled a wealth of operation tips (the essence of how to play) for enjoying Vket Cloud more comfortably and to the fullest, which we discovered when all the exhibitors tried it out together. Please be sure to remember these for the actual event.
1. If your avatar disappears, check your 'System Settings'
When moving between worlds or when many people gather in one place, the figures of your friends around you may disappear and turn into 'diamond marks (green traffic cones).' This is a system to lighten the load. In such cases, try opening 'Settings' -> 'System' from the menu in the top right of the screen. Changing the 'Avatar Display Count' setting to 'High' or 'Unlimited' will ensure everyone's cute avatars are displayed perfectly.
2. For taking photos, 'Shooting Mode (Camera Function)' is recommended!
The 'Shooting Mode' allows you to hide all screen buttons (UI) to take clean screenshots, but actually, in this mode, you can adjust the zoom-in and zoom-out (long-range/close-range) much more effectively than on the normal screen 🔍 You can aim for the perfect shot, such as zooming out to dynamically capture the vast scenery in the background, or zooming in to show your avatar up close.
3. Strike a pose with the 'Emote Function'!
From the menu at the bottom of the screen, you can use 'Emotes' to wave your hands or strike a pose. If everyone coordinates their timing to strike a pose, you can take the best group photo with a sense of unity. However, if the shutter coincides with the timing of your avatar's blinking or movement, you might capture an exquisite half-closed eye or a moment where you are looking down (lol). That also becomes a fun memory, so please try clicking the shutter many times.
4. If you have a PC environment (with a webcam), try 'Motion Capture' too!
The 'motion capture' that Zannen-in-san successfully demonstrated can be tried by anyone with a PC environment. Simply enable 'Motion Capture' in 'Settings' -> 'System' and your body and facial movements will be reflected on your avatar. You can enjoy more realistic communication with gestures at your exhibition booth, so if you have the environment set up, please try it out at the actual venue.
🚀 Starting July 1st! Let's all liven up 'metacomi2026'!
Now that we've practiced the Vket Cloud operations and deepened the bonds between exhibitors, it's time for the announcement of the actual event!
For one month from July 1st (Wed) to July 31st (Fri), our main event, the online creator market 'metacomi2026' will be held! 🎉
'metacomi' is an event where you can browse booths in a virtual venue, view creators' works (manga, illustrations, music, games, VTubers, AI, etc.), and interact with exhibitors and visitors directly in real-time via voice and chat.
Let's make the most of the chat, camera work, and emote functions we practiced this time, and let's all enjoy the venue together, both exhibitors and visitors!
