【Fri, 5/22 & Sat, 5/23】New Beer Unveiling Event|A brew crafted at Shimokawa Forest Brewery
This spring, "Bibibi." is working on creating a new original beer.
We will be holding an unveiling event for it over two days on Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd.
This beer was planned to mark the milestone of co-owner Hibiya turning 50. It was brewed at “Shimokawa Forest Brewery” in Shimokawa Town, Hokkaido, and we even traveled there ourselves to help with the brewing process.

For this project, we also had supervision from Mr. Katsuhisa Takahashi, formerly of the Bifuka Birch Brewery, with whom we have collaborated on beer many times before, in addition to Mr. Takashi Nakamura from the Shimokawa Forest Brewery.Mr. Katsuhisa Takahashi also joined as a supervisor. Mr. Takahashi is currently preparing to establish a new brewery in Bifuka Town, and "Bibibi." is supporting his challenge. He is working on various new initiatives beyond just the brewery establishment, so please look forward to it.

Furthermore, this beer embodies not only our connection with Shimokawa Town and Bifuka, but also our support for the regional community development and new challenges taking place there. At the event on Friday, May 22nd and Saturday, May 23rd, we will share the stories behind these backgrounds as well.
Friday, 5/22 is a reservation-only event
Please note that Friday, May 22nd will be a reservation-only event limited to 20 people.

On this day, in addition to unveiling the new beer, we will introduce the background of how this beer was born, the production process, and stories from the brewing on-site. We also plan to connect the large monitor in the store online to Hokkaido to conduct a brewer interview with Mr. Nakamura and Mr. Takahashi.
Since it is a small-group event, it will be a valuable opportunity to listen closely to the stories of the two creators. We would be delighted if those who want to enjoy not only the beer itself but also the stories of the land and people behind it would come and join us.

We will also be conducting a slightly unusual "social experiment"!
Also, for this ticket sale, we will be conducting a slightly unusual social experiment.

We also want to share the land and the people through beer
At 'Bibibi.', we want to create a place where you can enjoy not just drinking craft beer, but also the land, the people, and the stories behind it.

This beer was also born from such feelings. Brewing in Shimokawa Town, the connection with Bifuka, and the challenges of the people there. Various elements overlapped, leading to the creation of this beer.
We look forward to seeing you there.
