Following the flow of Sagamihara to Space to Gundam, Gundam manholes have been happily installed in Sagamihara City. This follows Odawara City within Kanagawa Prefecture.There is a Gundam illustration in front of the ticket gate at Fuchinobe Station. Galaxy Express 999 is next to it as well. It includes a map of space-related manholes, including the Gundam one.There is a Mass Production Type Zaku in front of the Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, and a Gundam near Fuchinobe Station. Other original space-related manholes are also gathered there.It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Fuchinobe Station.There are large space-themed stickers on the sidewalk to guide you to JAXA.They feature manhole designs. Since these existed before the Gundam ones, the Gundam manhole does not appear on these stickers.Right in front of the JAXA entrance is a Mass Production Type Rico—no, a Zaku.A little further ahead is the City Museum.This is the Gundam manhole about 5 minutes from Fuchinobe Station. It reflects light when the sun is strong.It is installed on the sidewalk at a corner of a five-way intersection.Moving on to Sagami-Ono. Manhole cards are distributed at the antenna shop in Bono Sagami-Ono near Sagami-Ono Station.A map specialized for Gundam manholes.Applications for Gundam manholes are currently suspended, as it apparently takes 2-3 years to install them once requested.
