Achieving Record-High Sales in Our 49th Year: A Report on the All-Hands Meeting & Social Gathering | Beets Co., Ltd.

The new fiscal year has begun, and the company is gradually settling into a new rhythm.
At this very moment, a milestone event took place for Beets.
In fiscal year 2025 (April 2025 to March 2026), Beets Co., Ltd. achieved the highest sales in its history since its founding.🎉
49 years since our founding.
Although Beets has a history spanning nearly half a century, I feel that we were able to break our previous record at this time not by playing it safe, but as a result of our continued efforts to take on new challenges while expanding our scope.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our clients and partner companies who always support us.
At Beets, we hold an all-hands meeting every month where all employees gather online, but this time was special. An in-person meeting where employees from various locations gathered together was held in late April.
In this article, we will report on the day we shared the achievements of fiscal year 2025 with everyone and deepened our unity toward our 50th anniversary.
Sharing Knowledge: The Project Case Study Presentation
What Beets values is turning individual success into "organizational knowledge."
The main event of this meeting was a "Case Study Presentation" to share the insights gained in the field during the previous fiscal year.
At the venue, presentations were given by a total of nine projects that entered from various perspectives across the following three categories.
1. New Client Acquisition Category
2. Existing Client Category
3. New Domain Challenge Category
Rather than just reporting results, the event was conducted in a format where all employees voted on the spot for which project's efforts and presentation were the most outstanding. It was a chance to see what kind of passion other departments brought to their projects and what ingenuity they employed. Discoveries like "I could use this in my own project" were being made everywhere.
Sharing the trial and error behind success with everyone and getting inspiration for the next year. It was a time where real-world ingenuity and decision-making from the field were shared, leading to the next set of actions.
Renting out a restaurant! To a lively social gathering
After the all-hands meeting, we rented out a restaurant floor for an optional social gathering 🎉
It is a style where people can participate freely according to their work or family circumstances, but many members gathered at the glamorous venue to enjoy a special time with delicious food 😊
In-person interaction that only meeting face-to-face can provide
This is a rare opportunity to meet face-to-face with colleagues and peers who are usually based in different locations, such as Osaka and Tokyo. Smiles were spreading throughout the venue as members who usually communicate online said things like, "Long time no see!" and "Great job on that project!"

Between conversations, there was also time to celebrate our teams and colleagues.

We also heard reliable declarations of determination from our fresh new members who will bring a breath of fresh air to Beets. The venue was filled with warm applause.

[Surprise] A special cake appears to celebrate our record-high sales 🎂✨
Just as the social gathering was warming up, the venue erupted with excitement over a surprise cake commemorating our record-high sales 🎂
When the cake featuring the words 'Record-High Sales Achieved!' appeared, a photo session began! Everyone took commemorative photos with their smartphones in hand, and then we all enjoyed eating it together.
10, 20, and 30 years! The 'Long Service Awards' that energized the venue
Keeping the lively celebratory atmosphere going, the next section was the 'Long Service Awards.'
This time, members who have walked their respective histories with Beets for 10, 20, and 30 years each gave a speech reflecting on their journey so far.
The words of the veteran who has spent 30 years at Beets carried a weight that only someone who has watched the company change could have, leading to moments of laughter and emotion.
From newcomers to veterans. It was a time to once again feel the energy of how the power of various generations blends together to become the strength of Beets today.
Our 50th year. To deliver even more '!'
Closing out our 49th year with the best results, Beets has finally reached the major milestone of our 50th year.
Without resting on the laurels of our half-century history, we will continue to evolve, using the knowledge shared this time as our weapon.
In our 50th year, Beets will continue to create '!' that exceed the expectations of our clients.
