1. Introduction: Why talk about the merits of 'Be Green GF' now?
This includes some personal matters, but please let me talk about the reason for discussing 'Be Green GF,' which has been loved for a particularly long time at our company.
First of all, 'Be Green GF' is a product we have been selling since our company was founded.
We have repeatedly improved the ingredients, and changed the name to 'Be Green GF' during the brand renewal in the spring of 2025.
Since our founding, 'Be Green GF' has consistently been chosen by many customers, and it is a product I am personally very attached to.
Now,
'Why haven't you written deeply about the product that is most chosen by your own company until now?'
Some of you might have thought that (laughs).
Actually, I have passionately talked in past notes about the enthusiasm on-site that I felt when visiting the beautiful farmland (fields) in Kumamoto Prefecture where barley grass, the main ingredient of 'Be Green GF,' is grown, and the wonderful manufacturing factories in Kumamoto and Saga.

However, because my passion for the site was too strong, the explanation of the 'amazingness of the product itself,' which is the most important part, had been put on the back burner.
Every time I receive comments in business negotiations or conversations with customers such as 'The daily refreshing feeling is different,' 'It dissolves very quickly,' or 'It's really delicious even though it's green juice,' my engineer spirit itches to convey the reasons and mechanisms... but it has been smoldering.
I felt frustrated that there wasn't enough time to talk about those thoughts.
So, I wanted to organize and summarize it again in this note.
2. The secret to supporting daily refreshment: The cycle of 'supply, support, and environment creation'
Once again, I would like to talk about the merits of 'Be Green GF,' and we have received happy comments from many people who have used it, saying that 'their daily rhythm has become comfortable.'

3. The secret to solubility: Patented technology and the design of 'water-absorbing granules'
Next, I will explain the secret to the 'solubility' of 'Be Green GF'.
Kale and barley grass used in green juice are lumps of insoluble dietary fiber, so when put into water, only the surface gets wet, and they tend to float as clumps (small lumps).
On the other hand, when you put 'Be Green GF' into water, it easily blends in smoothly just by mixing it lightly with a stirrer.

Let's unravel this secret from an engineering perspective.
The biggest factor: Patented 'Ultra-fine pulverization method (Patent No. 3277181)'
Raw materials such as the base barley grass are crushed using this patented technology to an extreme fineness of 0.1mm or less without being squeezed.
This makes it easier to mix with water and significantly reduces the powdery texture.
In addition, there is the advantage that nutrients that would be discarded as pulp in general manufacturing methods can be incorporated into the product without waste.
However, actually, the powder being too fine is also a problem.
If the powder is too fine, it will float on top of the water due to surface tension, creating a dilemma where it becomes difficult to mix instead. (Imagine the clumps when you put potato starch into water)
The following two approaches solve the problem of it becoming difficult to mix even though the particles have been made smaller.
① Support from 'water-loving geniuses'
'Indigestible dextrin' and 'reduced maltose' have extremely high water-solubility, allowing them to dissolve instantly even in cold water.
Incorporating these ingredients into 'Be Green GF' is our first approach.
Because these 'incredibly water-friendly powders' are evenly mixed into the gaps between the hard-to-mix barley grass powder, they draw in surrounding water the moment they are added, pulling the barley grass powder along with them to disperse it cleanly.
② 'Granulation technology' that intentionally coarsens the powder
Another approach is to 'process the particles' of the powder.
In the production process of 'Be Green GF', granulation technology is used to turn finely crushed barley grass and vegetable powder, along with the aforementioned indigestible dextrin, into small 'granules' in the air.
This technology not only mixes the base ingredients with the water-soluble components but also creates appropriate 'air gaps' between the particles.
When you open 'Be Green GF', you will see fine particles.
The moment you put it into water, the water quickly soaks into these air gaps, causing it to dissolve as if it were unraveling.
Through these approaches in ingredient formulation and technology, we have created a green juice that is extremely easy to dissolve.

Finally, let's talk about the secret to its 'deliciousness'.

In particular, we were strongly committed to 'finishing it with a gentle sweetness without using sugar or synthetic sweeteners'.
Instead of using strong artificial sweeteners to make it drinkable, we aimed for a blend that maximizes the potential and natural sweetness of the ingredients themselves.
● Based on 'barley grass' with little bitterness
The main ingredients of green juice are generally 'kale' and 'barley grass', but this product is based on barley grass.
Compared to kale, which has a unique bitterness and astringency, barley grass has a fragrant, tea-like, and mild flavor very similar to 'matcha'.
Since bitter kale is kept to a small amount as part of the 'mixed vegetable powder', it is quite easy to drink at the base level.
● 'Natural sweetness and richness' from 15 types of domestic vegetables
15 types of domestic vegetables are used as raw materials, including 'carrot powder', 'pumpkin powder', and 'edamame powder'.
