It is not that people,

always,

must live,

positively.

That is not the case.

Anyway, right now,

if you are overcome by a sense of helplessness,

it is okay to complain.

It is important to recognize that you are in such a state.

If you cannot move,

for now,

it is fine to just surrender to that state.

But,

when you feel a little better,

what can you do within your current situation?

You can try thinking about it that way.

In other words,

how one lives,

is always,

left up to oneself,

and there is no such thing as,

a correct way to live anywhere.

How you live,

is your own freedom.

Accepting the unchangeable past,

and the present,

the attitude of thinking about,

how you want to live,

is what I believe is,

Nietzsche's Amor Fati.
