[GW Mini-Trial] A day to update my bucket list even just a little (Part 7)

Golden Week is a time when fatigue from a new life and stress from environmental changes accumulate, and it is also a period to recharge both mind and body to prepare for May and beyond.
This year's Golden Week allows for up to 10 consecutive days off, and with no particular restrictions on movement, it is expected that people will be able to spend their leisure time freely, not just by resting, but also by traveling to distant places or trying new things.
Therefore,
・For days when you want to relax at home
・For days when you want to try something new
I have selected learning activities to spend time "a little" more meaningfully, divided into:
“GW Mini-Trial”
I am carrying out these loosely depending on my mood that day (^^♪
I think that how you spend your holidays isn't just about enjoying the outdoors to the fullest or taking on big challenges with great enthusiasm.
Whether it's maintaining your own mind and body, or trying out something new that you're slightly interested in,
“Mini-Trial”
through these,
・For those who want to have time to face themselves during the holidays
・For those who feel it's a waste to do nothing even though they have no special plans
I think it would be interesting to use a portion of your Golden Week time to enrich your learning.

If you're scared because you've never done it before, there are plenty of ways to rethink your approach, but if you say it's too much trouble, then that's the end of it ^^;
Actually, 'too much trouble' is the emotion that, hidden behind various other feelings, most strongly suppresses human activity, isn't it? ^^;
For example, if you tell someone who complains that their current way of working is inefficient to propose a better way, the overwhelming majority will propose nothing at all. That's just another way of saying it's too much trouble, so no matter what solutions you offer, it won't work ^^;
As far as I know, the real reason for not taking action is almost always that it's too much trouble.
Wealth is a variety of experiences, but to acquire that variety, you must overcome the greatest obstacle: the feeling that things are too much trouble ^^;
For example,
'Doing the same thing always'
'Things you already know'
'Things you have done before'
'Things that are easy to do'
These are safe and secure, but because they don't increase the variety of your experiences, saying things are 'too much trouble' can be said to be the cause of an impoverished life in every sense.
So, in the end, overcoming the 'too much trouble' mindset is the means to gain wealth, and if so, what should we do?
It's not something that can be solved overnight, after all (^^;
