🌹Recommended Summer Tasks for Roses
Now that the summer course is over,
I will share one recommended task🌹
The task is removing buds, known as disbudding.
Roses at this time of year...
or rather, plants and animals in general,
are just unbearably hot😄
It is extremely exhausting for them to bloom in such conditions.
For a rose, blooming is a major event.
There is no need to force them to bloom and tire themselves out during such hot weather.
Even if they do bloom, they look 'washed out'.
Yes, you know what I mean.
A girl's summer face🙄 where eyebrows disappear from sweat... foundation wears off...
Hey, hey, hey, hey! I'll get in trouble for that.
Let's let the roses rest and prepare for their autumn performance, shall we? lol
For disbudding, just snap off the buds by hand.
Please do this as soon as you find them.
Keep as many leaves as possible to allow for photosynthesis and build up the plant at the same time💪
If you would like to hear more about which roses are okay to let bloom...
or the process after disbudding...
please join the course🌹
I'm sorry I can only explain this much😥
I wouldn't want to be unfair to the students who are taking the course🙏

This morning, I had a 🌹Fugetsu at home that escaped disbudding and ended up looking a bit washed out.
It's a summer version, about half the size...
I'll cut it right away and enjoy it in a vase👍
For your reference.
