The basics of attraction are very simple. ~It is your 'state of mind' and 'daily habits' that change your life~
When you hear the term 'Law of Attraction,' what kind of image comes to mind?
'If you wish for it, it will come true.'
'If you place an order with the universe, your reality will change.'
'If you emit good vibrations, good things will happen.'
Some people resonate with these ideas, while others may wonder, 'Does that really happen?'
I respect both perspectives.
However, one thing I can say is that your life is greatly influenced by your 'state of mind'.
When you are dominated by anxiety and fear, you notice dangers more than the possibilities right in front of you.
Conversely, when your mind is calm and you have hope for the future, you naturally begin to notice opportunities and connections with people that you hadn't seen before.
That is not magic.
It is because as our consciousness and actions change, the choices we make in life change as well.
That is why I believe that 'attraction' is not escapism, but a practice of aligning one's own way of being.
In this article, I will introduce seven basics of attraction that I hold dear.
1. Relax through breathing
Everything begins with breathing.
In our busy daily lives, we often find ourselves breathing shallowly without even realizing it.
Work pressure, relationships, and anxiety about the future.
Such stress causes the body to tense up and narrows our perspective.
In that state, we cannot see the ideas and possibilities that should otherwise be visible.
Therefore, first, take a deep breath.
Inhale slowly, and exhale slowly.
Just by doing that, your parasympathetic nervous system is more likely to activate, and your mind will become quiet.
When practicing manifestation, the first thing you need is not to 'try hard'.
It is to relax.
This is because it is difficult to freely envision the future with a tense mind.
2. Freely envision your ideal self
Once you are relaxed, envision your ideal future.
'What kind of work am I doing?'
'What kind of people am I laughing with?'
'When I wake up in the morning, what kind of feeling do I start my day with?'
The important thing is not to think about 'how to make it happen'.
First, you must imagine it freely.
When we were children, everyone could dream freely.
However, as we become adults, thoughts like 'it's impossible' or 'it's not realistic' come to mind first.
Of course, it is important to look at reality.
However, if you close off possibilities yourself before creating the future, a new life will not begin.
Envisioning your ideal is also a way of telling your brain the destination.
Once the destination is decided, people begin to make choices that lead them there little by little.
3. Make gratitude a habit
Gratitude is the habit of focusing on 'what you have now' rather than 'what is missing'.
I was able to eat today.
I have a place to sleep.
There is someone who will listen to you.
You are healthy and able to walk.
Things you took for granted are, in fact, not guaranteed at all.
Sometimes people think that practicing gratitude means turning a blind eye to reality.
However, that is not the case.
Gratitude is the act of recognizing the 'abundance you have now'.
The more you can notice abundance, the easier it becomes to notice new abundance.
Even just writing down three things you are grateful for every night before bed will gradually change your mindset.
4. Make positive thinking a habit
Thinking positively does not mean convincing yourself that 'everything will go well'.
It is okay to feel down if you fail.
It is okay to cry on sad days.
It is fine to have days when you feel angry.
What is important is not to dwell in those emotions.
'I failed this time.'
Instead of that,
'I learned something this time.'
'I will try a different method next time.'
Redirecting your focus toward the future in that way is what positive thinking is all about.
Life is not determined by thoughts alone.
However, thoughts have a significant impact on actions.
The words you say to yourself are also messages to your future self.
5. Do not deny others
There are times when you might want to criticize someone.
That in itself is a natural emotion.
However, if you are always being negative, your own mind will gradually enter a 'fault-finding mode'.
As a result, you will become strongly conscious of your own flaws as well.
Everyone has their own values.
The environments they grew up in are also different.
Their experiences are different, too.
Therefore, it is natural for people to think differently.
Even if there is someone you cannot agree with, leave room to accept that 'that is one way of thinking'.
That sense of composure also leads to protecting your own heart.
The words you direct at others also return to your own heart.
That is precisely why I want to choose warm words as much as possible.
6. Think of yourself as a miraculous existence
We tend to underestimate ourselves.
'I'm nothing special.'
'I'm still not good enough.'
It is not uncommon for people to repeat such words unconsciously.
But please think about it.
You have made countless choices, overcome many difficulties, and are alive here today.
That alone is valuable enough.
'I am a miracle.'
Thinking that way is not about seeing yourself as special.
It is a respect for the very fact of being alive.
People who can cherish themselves can also cherish others.
Let's start by acknowledging yourself.
7. Write down what you want to do in a notebook
Dreams that you only think about in your head will fade away over time.
That is why you write them down.
'Places I want to visit'
'Things I want to learn'
'People I want to meet'
'Things I want to challenge myself with'
'Things I want to achieve in life'
Anything is fine.
By writing them down, your thoughts become organized.
And, strangely enough, what you write remains in your consciousness.
'Oh, this is what I wanted to do.'
Moments like that will start to happen again and again.
Your notebook is a blueprint for your future.
There is no need to write perfectly.
Please write freely, just as thoughts come to you.
Manifestation is not about 'waiting,' but about 'aligning.'
There are many misconceptions about the word 'manifestation.'
That if you wish for something, it will come true without doing anything.
That you will succeed as long as you stay positive.
It is likely not that simple.
I believe that manifestation is 'aligning your heart and mind, and continuing to point yourself in the direction you desire.'
Regulate your breathing.
Visualize your future.
Be grateful.
Believe in yourself.
Respect others.
Write down your wishes.
And then, take the small step you can take today.
That accumulation of actions changes your choices, changes your encounters, and changes your life little by little.
The future does not change suddenly one day.
Your state of mind today creates your actions tomorrow, and those actions nurture your future.
That is why there is no need to rush.
First, take a deep breath.
Then, try asking yourself this question.
'What kind of life do I truly want to live?'
Continuing to face that question will be the first step toward manifesting the life that is truly yours.
