It's getting hot, then cold...
Friday was physical labor while being hit by cold rain.
It's a wonder I didn't get sick.

A tough week is over, and it's finally Saturday.
It's a cool morning.
On a day like this, you want to eat a piping hot bowl, don't you?☝️

So, I drove my car and arrived at this facility.

When it comes to a piping hot bowl at the Northern Market, it's this shop.

I entered right at the 6:00 opening.

When I come here, I love this so much that I could say it's the only thing I eat...

For some reason, this bowl is cheaper than the "Vegetable-Packed Tanmen" or the "Bean Sprout Starchy Sauce Ramen".

The thick, starchy sauce that clings well to the noodles covers them glossily.

Every time I pull the noodles up from under the Mapo sauce, the sauce clings to them.
Hafu-hafu (hot, hot).
So delicious~🎵
In the face of this deliciousness, burning the inside of my mouth is a trivial matter lol

The base soup is a light, classic town-Chinese style soy sauce ramen, but the Mapo sauce melts into it, adding depth.
And the texture of the tofu and minced meat, along with the perfect level of spiciness, all blend together into one,
"It's so delicious that your cheeks will fall off and reach Brazil."
