My husband loves watermelons. His passion grew so much that he started growing them every year. With each passing year, the harvest and the sweetness have increased, to the point where they are far too impressive to be considered just a hobby.
This year was an especially bountiful harvest, and my grandchild came running over to report it.
"Grandpa was hauling a wheelbarrow full of watermelons!"
