~Into the Forest & A Little Mountain Climbing Vibe~ 👟 A Quick Hike from Keikyu Kanazawa-Bunko Station
To shake off feeling restless and frustrated, the best thing to do is move your body! Being in nature is even better 👍
So, after some trial and error considering my schedule, I decided to go
into nature for just a little bit from Keikyu Kanazawa-Bunko Station!
This map goes up to Yokohama Nature Sanctuary, but you can go all the way to Kamakura if you keep going.

Please check here for the route to Kamakura 👇
It's great that you can get there quickly from the station.
It's incredibly spacious and has more ups and downs than I expected, so it's
perfect when you want to get a taste of a little mountain climbing ☝🏻

Now, into the forest!
Right from the entrance, there's a path like this.
It gets me so excited!
I'm so glad I decided to come 😢

The contrast between the blue sky and the yellow flowers in the foreground is lovely ☝🏻

for some reason, they looked slightly blue in the photo💦

I started mountain climbing in 2019, and I've always wanted to take this route all the way to Kamakura.
It remained closed for several years due to fallen trees.
Although it finally became accessible, I hadn't been able to get around to doing it.
It's about time for a challenge!
I got a little taste of it, including checking the path from the station to the entrance.
I went a little past Fudo Pond, turned back, and finished there🥳
I enjoyed it thoroughly♪
When I'm surrounded by nature, my mood lifts.
I can feel myself being purified and recharged automatically.
Just walking makes me feel incredibly good♬
I saw a man walking while playing jazz-like music,
and I thought, 'Yeah, I totally get that feeling,' 100% empathy👍
Of course, the sounds of nature are the best,
but being able to listen to your favorite music in nature is also the best!
Before turning back, I ate a homemade cupcake and took a short break.
It was a very refreshing change of pace.
When I go mountain climbing or hiking, I clearly feel my whole body becoming lighter as I walk.
It must be the effect of the ' phytoncides ' released by trees and leaves,
and the massive secretion of the 'happiness hormone' serotonin!
Now, time to head home!
Along with the rustling of trees, the chirping of birds, and the sound of the breeze, I headed down the path while listening to my favorite rock music (lol)😎 Yay!
The 'radiance I encountered in the forest' is introduced here👇
It was a shocking radiance.
~To those who read until the end~
Thank you from the bottom of my heart😊
