[Project Participation] Thank you to myself this year.

Good morning☀️

I am Yuko Sasaki, and I share insights and lessons on self-understanding and self-actualization to help you live a fulfilling, comfortable, and self-centered life.🧸

I share insights and lessons on self-understanding and self-actualization.

Today, I would like to look back on 2025
and write a letter
to say "thank you" to myself this year.

To Yuko,

You sometimes say "thank you" to yourself
in your heart, don't you?

Today, believe it or not,
I'm going to share that on note.
It's a bit embarrassing.

Thank you for always cooking meals
while thinking about the family.

Thank you for cleaning the sink drain
and the toilet without complaining,
even though no one else will do it.

Our house tends to accumulate more and more things,
but thank you for showing me the importance of letting go
by having the courage to throw away unnecessary items from time to time.

Thank you for always waking up earlier than anyone else,
diligently posting on note every day,
and achieving over 1,000 consecutive days of posting.

You used to be so bad at consistency,
so I'm actually a bit surprised that you did so well.

From selling video courses on self-understanding and self-actualization,
to accepting individual consultations,
getting certified as a senior psychological counselor,
and now creating coaching support programs,

doing one thing after another,
even though I was told in elementary school
that I lacked initiative.

Four years ago,
I was in despair, thinking I couldn't do anything.

Before I knew it, you've gained quite a bit of initiative, haven't you?

Thank you for continuing to value taking one step at a time.
Thanks to that, I feel like I am living true to myself now.

Perhaps you
didn't lack initiative,

but simply couldn't say
what you wanted to do.

But now,
you decide what you want to do yourself,
you've become able to take action,
and you've gradually gained the strength to accept the results.

Your actions and changes
might be encouraging someone else.

And you hope for that too, don't you?

For that purpose,
even if you fail, you don't have time to get depressed,
you set your next goal,
and you keep moving forward one step at a time.

I hope that sentiment
reaches as many people as possible
in 2026.

I will continue to be the one closest to you,
cheering you on.

From Yuko

I have participated in this project by YeKu🍀

I do write things to myself
as a way of being close to myself
through journaling as well, but

having it seen by someone else like this
is truly a rare opportunity.

When I try it,
I get this incredibly
warm feeling in my heart☕️

For those who might feel a bit shy or resistant to it...
I really want you to participate
and feel this warmth✨

YeKu-san,
thank you so much for this wonderful project🥰💓
