Addictive! 3 Weirdly Delicious Recipes (My Family Is Horrified)
Hello! I'm Avocado-mi.
Today is a light, quick read.
Recommended for those who want to read a note to kill time,
and for those who are a little hungry and wondering what to eat!
I'd like to introduce my favorite "weird but delicious recipes."
(These are just my personal opinions and not original recipes!)
1. Milk Cider

How to make
Just add Mitsuya Cider to milk.
Use a 1:1 ratio, or add a little more cider for extra fizz.
(Since you are diluting the carbonation, the fizz is quite weak)
The milk instantly transforms into a refreshing summer drink!
It's perfect after a bath or when you're thirsty.
I think it would go well with curry, too.
I make mine with sugar-free Mitsuya Cider that has the FOSHU mark.
*By the way, my family is horrified.
2. Banana Mayo Toast

How to make
Toast a slice of bread until lightly browned,
top with sliced bananas, and drizzle mayonnaise over the top.
The banana and mayonnaise create an exquisite harmony, making it an addictive flavor.
It sounds a bit gross, but the "mushiness" of the banana and the creaminess of the mayonnaise,
combined with the crispy texture of the toasted bread... I don't know why, but it's delicious.
Try it for breakfast on a day when you're feeling down.
*By the way, my family is horrified.
Bonus: Natto Toast

How to make
Toast a slice of bread until lightly browned and spread butter on it.
Top with plenty of natto mixed with its sauce and mustard.
The trio of butter, mustard, and natto is irresistible.
Don't melt the butter; spread it well, and use plenty of mustard.
You can also put the mustard directly on top of the butter.
*Only Grandma understands.
3. Salted Kelp and Wasabi Rice Ball

Instructions
Just add salted kelp and wasabi to freshly cooked rice and shape into a ball.
I recommend adding plenty of wasabi.
The saltiness of the kelp combined with the sharp kick of the wasabi creates a flavor that will wake you right up.
It's perfect for a bento box on days when you have zero motivation. Thanks to the wasabi, your body's cells will awaken, and you'll be able to work sharply through the afternoon.
*I haven't served this to my family yet. I plan on adding enough wasabi to make them completely horrified.
That concludes my "weird but favorite recipes."
I'm a bit of a klutz, so I can barely cook, but
I absolutely, positively love to eat!
I plan to write about food from time to time in the future.
I look forward to your support!
