Watching 'Gacchiri Monday!!' reminded me of how I felt when I joined note
Today was a Sunday morning unlike any other. note was featured on that show, 'Gacchiri Monday!!'.
I never imagined I would see the company I work for on this program. And for a full 30 minutes, no less. The PR team, starting with Morimoto-san, who made this opportunity happen, is truly amazing!
The main focus was on creators who monetize on note and the AI Editor-in-Chief that anyone can consult with on the platform.
Writing articles and getting them to reach people is truly back-breaking work. I have nothing but respect for those who keep on creating, both those featured today and those who weren't.
What stayed with me most from the program was when MC Kato and CEO Kato said, “People's thoughts and passion really do come across even on the internet, don't they?”.
Come to think of it, that was the case for me, too. I'm not particularly good at writing, but the notes I poured my heart into received the most responses from people, and that led to meeting others and even job opportunities.
As a sole proprietor at the time, I was incredibly grateful for that experience as a creator, and that's exactly why I wanted to spread note to the rest of the world. It reminded me of those feelings I had when I first joined.

It will soon be four years since I joined note. In these four years, the company name and office have changed, and the number of employees has nearly doubled. We went public last year, and just recently, a subsidiary was born.
Amidst the dizzying changes, the organization's structure and atmosphere have shifted, and there have been many times when I've had to say goodbye to colleagues who were leaving. As for me, my job title and managers have changed, and I've been given a team to lead, so the roles and responsibilities expected of me have gradually increased.
As I kept running like that, I might have misplaced the feeling of simply loving to write and read notes, and wishing for people and companies that write good articles to be known.
It was a Sunday morning that reminded me of those feelings from when I first joined. It looks like the program is available for catch-up streaming until 12/10, so please check it out.
We are also looking for people to work with us.
